The bottle scanning feature uses Google Gemini for AI-powered image recognition. When you use this feature:
Recipe data is sourced from TheCocktailDB and bundled within the App.
The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Langdon Froker and protected by intellectual property laws.
Any inventory data or preferences you create remain yours. The App does not claim ownership of user-generated content.
Cocktail recipes are from public sources. Individual recipes may have their own attributions.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms.
